Accessibility Statement

Saw Mill Web Works is committed to making this website usable by as many people as practical. Our current goal is to follow relevant WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidance. This statement describes a goal and ongoing process, not a certification of complete conformance.

Measures used on this site

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive page titles.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation with visible focus indicators and a skip link.
  • Responsive layouts that support browser zoom and reflow.
  • Meaningful text alternatives for content images and hidden treatment for decorative graphics.
  • A reduced-motion mode and a focused light/dark color-theme choice.
  • Plain-language contact alternatives that do not depend on an online form.

Known limitations

Some portfolio demonstrations intentionally show different visual systems and may not yet have received a complete assistive-technology review. Third-party websites reached through external links are outside our control. Automated source and local route checks have been performed, but a full manual screen-reader and cross-browser review remains scheduled before public launch.

Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty using the site or need information in another format, contact Daniel at daniel@sawmillwebworks.com or 914-318-4532. Please describe the page, the problem, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format you need. We will make a reasonable effort to help.

Assessment approach

The site is reviewed through source inspection, keyboard and responsive checks, contrast calculations, reduced-motion testing, metadata validation, and local browser testing where available. Additional owner-led testing with assistive technology is still required before the accessibility review is considered complete.
